Description: A Source of Live Beneficial Naturally Occurring Bacteria, Vitamins, Electrolytes, and Trace Minerals. For The Re-Establishment And Stabilization Of A Positive Gastro Intestinal Micro Flora.

General Ingredients: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Thermophilum, Bifidobacterium Pscudolongum, Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E

Solubility: Excellent in water or milk. Storage Condition: Store in a cool dry place.

Purpose: To be fed as early as possible to ratites as an aid in the prevention and treatment of the effects of stress such as temperature, new borns etc. Acidola OER also provides essential electrolytes, and minerals lost due to dehydration. Acidola OER is a source of beneficial bacteria for the re-establishment of a positive microflora in the gastrointestinal tract.

Newborn Chicks are completely devoid of essential bacteria. By Providing 1/2 gram of Acidola OER in a water solution, it will provide a source of beneficial lactic acid producing organisms combined with essential vitamins, trace minerals and electrolytes.

Acidola OER May be used on birds of all ages and stages, particularly after therapeutic antibiotic dosages. It can restore and then protect the natural gut ecology of the treated bird which can reduce losses. When used on a regular basis at low feed inclusion rates of 225 to 300 grams per ton, it will help to maintain a positive microflora improving feed conversion and the overall health of the birds.

One study of lactobacilli cultures revealed that the growth of Pseudomonas, Bacillus and Proteus bacteria declined as the lactobacilli's production of hydrogen peroxide increased. Another study concluded that lactobacilli can be beneficial in food products because of their ability to produce hydrogen peroxide. This study indicated that it was the hydrogen peroxide produced by the lactobacilli that enabled them to suppress the growth of S. aureus, E. coli, C. botulinum and other undesirable organisms.

Acidola OER Other Nutrients: Lactase, acidolin, lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide are the most significant byproducts of Lactobacillus acidophilus metabolism. But it is an interesting sidelight on the ancient, mutualistic relationship between this organism and ratites that several other beneficial byproducts are also produced. Among them are thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, biotin, choline, Vitamin B12 and pantothenic, lipoic and folic acid.

Most of the ingredients contained in the Ultra Booster OER formula are based on what the bird would normally eat in its natural wild diet in order to maintain daily nutritional requirements.

Ultra Booster-OER is formulated as a pre-mix concentrate in order to be used at low and economical rates of feed inclusion. It may be used in pelleted feeds without any loss of effectiveness or as a top dressing in finished feed.

Ultra Booster-OER is also very effective in reducing odors in manures (ammonia and h2s gases) and in waste holding systems.
